Before You Book
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your final total.
• Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• Please review the service descriptions carefully. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, feel free to reach out for guidance.
Who Is Not a Candidate
For safety reasons, you cannot receive permanent makeup if you:
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are on Accutane or have taken it within the last year
• Have active skin conditions on or around the brow area
• Are prone to keloids or problematic scarring
• Recently had cosmetic procedures near the forehead/eye area
If you have previous brow tattooing, please send clear, makeup-free photos before booking. Some previously tattooed brows cannot be corrected or covered.
How to Prepare
To achieve the best results:
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours before your appointment
• Stop using retinol, acids, and exfoliants on the forehead for 2 weeks
• Avoid Botox or fillers in the brow area for 2–4 weeks
• Arrive with clean skin and no brow makeup
After Your Appointment
• Healing includes flaking, mild itching, and color softening — this is normal.
• A 6–8 week touch-up is recommended to perfect the brows and ensure the best long-term results.
